Booking Policies & Event Tips

BOOKING/RESERVATIONS
Please contact the office to book a date.  Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability.  A credit card or non-refundable deposit of half the performance fee is required to make a booking.  Once a booking is taken you are placed on our schedule and all other inquiries for that date and time are turned away.  Final payment is due upon arrival.  Large events may require a contract.  Personal checks are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice the deposit is forfeit or half of the performance fee is due.  Cancellations inside of 24 hours require payment of the full performance fee.  We do not reserve rain dates.

EVENT TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • It is recommended that we arrive at least one half hour after guests to allow for latecomers.
  • Adults are encouraged to supervise the children. 
  • Please be ready to start the show on time as we may have other appointments later in the day.
  • Performances are not recommended outdoors especially from June-Sept unless adequate shade and/or shelter is available.  If your event is outdoors we recommended you have a contingency plan in the event of inclement weather.
  • It is helpful to have a place to park that is close for unloading equipment.  This allows for a faster setup.
  • Name tags are helpful in communicating with children.
  • It is preferred that children not eat during the magic show as there is lots of audience participation.
  • If a child does not want to participate in the activities, please do not force them to do so.  This only adds to their anxiety.
  • Gratuity is accepted and appreciated.
